LibWmf: Windows Metafile Graphics library

libwmf is a library for reading vector images in Microsøft's native Windøws Metafile Format (WMF) and for either (a) displaying them in, e.g., an X window; or (b) converting them to more standard/open file formats such as, e.g., the W3C's XML-based Scaleable Vector Graphic (SVG) format. Currently bindings exist for conversion to:

If you download the Setup program of the package, the dependencies as listed below under Requirements, are already included if they are available from GnuWin32; so, standard operating-system libraries, such as msvcrt.dll, are not included. If you download the package as Zip files, then you must download and install the dependencies zip file yourself.
