GNU libtool is a generic library support script. Libtool hides the complexity of using shared libraries behind a consistent, portable interface. Libtool supports building static libraries on all platforms. It also includes GNU libltdl, the libtool dynamic loader library.

You can also download the files from the GnuWin32 files page. New releases of the port of this package can be monitored.
The default installation directory is C:\Progra~1\LibTool. LibTool can be installed in another directory, but to use LibToolize, you must change the line "prefix=c:/progra~1/LibTool" accordingly.
